above the village of Ambleside with stunning views of the surrounding fells. The
property has been family owned for 15 years but has been completely redecorated
throughout both inside and out with work to be completed for our first guests
at the beginning of April 2010. There are gardens to both front and rear which
feature luxury garden furniture for outside dining and BBQ.
Internally there are three
bedrooms, one with king size bed, one twin which can be converted to a super-king
and one single. All have televisions with built in DVD players and radios. There
are 2 brand new bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, one with bath.
The galley kitchen has a
new cooker, dishwasher and large fridge freezer and absolutely loads of storage
space. It is very well equipped together with masses of fine white china, good
quality cutlery and glassware. Washing machine & tumble dryer also on site.
The large living space has
sumptuous leather sofas, television & CD player. A formal dining area is adjacent
to the kitchen and both areas benefit from exceptional views. A small conservatory
makes a cosy sitting space.
There is gas central
heating throughout and all bedding, towels, fuel and broadband are included. Private
parking for up to 3 cars.
