Ralston is a traditional
Lakeland three storey property ideally located in the heart of Ambleside just
a stones throw from all amenities, shops, cinema & park. Once you have arrived
you might never need to use the car again as glorious walks start right from the
front door.
August
2010 saw the completion of a monumental refurbishment of this house
transforming the interior of this traditional shell into a modern
living space. The ground floor with high gloss white kitchen is
very well equipped. The living area has sumptuous leather sofas
and dining room has glass table and white leather dining chairs.
The whole of the ground floor has underfloor heating covered with
beige marble flooring and there is a downstairs cloak/utility room.
The
top floor master suite with king size bed & seating area has
a large en-suite with double ended bath, wall mounted TV, shower
and His & Hers sinks. The 2 first floor bedrooms can be twins
or superkings and both have en-suite shower rooms. All the bathrooms
have underfloor heating and are finished in marble. All bedrooms
have TV, DVD & radio and broadband has been installed.
The
small garden to the rear has a comfortable dining table and chairs
which is well lit for evenings and alfresco living.
